We serve individuals of all abilities, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or special health care needs, their families, and their caregivers.

Clallam Mosaic is a local nonprofit.

We provide year-round non-vocational day programming across Clallam County, developing lifelong learning opportunities, recreational and community-wide experiences, supports for creative endeavors, social skills, and advocacy education.

We empower participants by placing their needs and experiences at the center of all we do, honoring individualism, promoting advocacy, and nurturing personal potential.

Our History
In 1998:

Six parents concerned about the future of their graduating children,  gathered in a living room to answer a haunting question asked by a Special Ed teacher, “What are you going to do when the bus stops coming in September?”.

Today:
Clallam Mosaic is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization registered in the state of Washington. We are an inclusive community made up of a leadership team, activity leads, Community Engagement Coaches, board members, volunteers, and participants of all ages.

Day Programs

We offer day sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Port Angeles, and on Thursdays in Sequim. These sessions run from 11am to 3pm.

You are welcome to visit and we would love for you to join us for dance/music, superheroes, skill building, community exploration, and STEM club.

Community Engagement

One-on-one support for individuals on Developmental Disabilities Administration waivers to achieve their community goals.

Take classes, explore the area, parks, and more, learn to ride the bus, go hiking, connect with others who share similar interests, learn new technologies, explore assistive technologies, and access free and low cost resources.

Parent to Parent

As the host of the Clallam County and Jefferson County Parent to Parent, we provide personal, emotional and social support to families of children with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

With financial support from the Arc of Washington State and Clallam County Health & Human Services, Clallam County Parent to Parent (P2P) supports, encourages and empowers families and caregivers..
