Special Olympics

You MUST have an Application for participation (AFP) signed by a qualified health provider to practice or compete with us. Once signed, the forms ARE valid for ALL SPORTS for 3 YEARS



Parents and Caregivers please note: 

If your athlete requires close supervision, please provide an attendant for practices and for the tournament.

Are you comfortable communicating and working alongside people with diverse skills and/or behaviors?

Are you comfortable listening to family concerns and helping them find answers?
