Curriculum & Office Needs

As a non-profit organization, Clallam Mosaic benefits from the generous donations of our community. Below is a list of items we could use in our classes and/or office. Any contributions of materials are much appreciated!

 Fall Session 2017

September 11 - December 14 

In 2017, ALL participants in Clallam Mosaic programming must fill out a "2017 Participant Info Full Form," a "2017 Participant Consent Form,"  and sign a "2017 Code of Conduct." These forms will be effective throughout the year so these only have to be filled out once during the year.  Once these forms are on file, participants will only have to fill out the short info form in subsequent quarters of programming for the year.
